Fantasy football has become a billion dollar business and helped further the interest in NFL football the way traditional gambling did so in the past. Most people reading this have a team - likely two or three - and even those who used to make fun of us succumbed to the attraction.

But sometimes, I wonder why the heck I do it.

The roller coaster of emotions can be as exhausting as playing a game yourself, and the joy of winning rarely matches the level of sadness when losing.
